Postgraduate Studies in Microphotonics
Postgraduate Scholarships
As part of the COMPS research program, postgraduate scholarships will be offered for three years to provide competent candidates with specific research opportunities in MicroPhotonics.
Applications are invited for 6 Scholarships (2 Full; 4 Supplements) for up to 3 years duration. Applicants should be completing an Honours degree or a four year degree program, or hold a Masters degree in a relevant discipline. The annual net value of a full scholarship is AUS$25,000, and that of a supplementary scholarship is AUS$7,500.
Ph.D Scholarship
COMPS is also currently offering a single Ph.D scholarship in the specific field of Nano-Engineered Mageto-Photonic Crystals for MicroPhotonic Devices
The scholarship will be paid at AUS$25,000 for up to 3 years.
Applicants should be completing or hold a M.Eng.Sc in MicroPhotonics or a related area.
